Walnut Raisin Cream Cheese

1/2 cup golden or dark raisins
1/2 cup walnut pieces
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
8 oz low-fat cream cheese

1.  Place raisins in a bowl and pour enough boiling water over them to just cover.  Let them sit and plump while you toast the nuts.  Place a small dry skillet over medium heat; add the walnuts and toast, shaking the pan frequently, until they are golden, 5 to 6 minutes.
2.  Drain the raisins well, return them to the bowl, and add toasted walnuts, pinch of salt, and cinnamon.  Mix thoroughly with cream cheese.
