Ingredients:
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 Tbsp minced celery
2 Tbsp ketchup
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender for about 30 seconds until all ginger is pureed.
