Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 large garlic clove
1-2 Tbsp white cooking wine
1 small zucchini
1 medium squash
1/4 small onion
1 tsp fresh basil
1 tsp fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook for 1 minute. Add wine. Add zucchini, squash, basil and parsley. Toss occasionally, cooking until lightly browned.
